Having dealt with this issue only once before on a similar model I would say that the problem is one of the toner cartridges. After it calibrates for a few minutes open the front door and look at the Electrostatic Transfer (ETB) Assembly. There should be smudges/evidence of all colors on the belt and if any are any missing then that toner cartridge for that color is probably the issue.
I'd inspect the toner in question to ensure that it's seated properly, all the stickers/shipping protection is removed, and that it isn't so old that the toner might be one big clump and unable to be pulled by the pritner.
