I had the same problem last week. I had to call GE to get it resolved. Hold the skip button done a few seconds and it should change back to english.

Press the check button and the right arrow button in this combination:
check, arrow, check, check, check.
This should bring you back to the ready screen after a brief pause.

hi this is singh i am having d same phone , u do 1 thing go to menu n click on d icon which is symboled by a srew driver and then press down button in ur key pad for four times and then press center button n then u will find the english selct dat option n press save button which appears in chinese language ok njoy

If there is English language in your cellular phone,you just need to set it,you can find..to get more information,you may visit our website: www.1010store.com.
But if there is not English languge,you can only install the English language,but it will cost much money.
