the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Mouse moves but wont click on anything

This could be either mechanical or software. Try the right mouse click...does it work?
Try another external USB mouse. If a known working mouse doesn't work, your computer may have a virus preventing you from clicking.Else, your mouse has a broken or dirty switch.

My mouse is not moving, it is stuck. pls where to i click or touch to make my mouse keep moving again thanks.looking forward to hearing fro u.

It is possible that you accidentally hit the click-lock button, usually located below the little screen where you move the mouse by fingers. Try to hit that area again, and release the mouse cursor to roam the screen again.

Good luck,

Mouse will move cursor but I can't click on anything. Was working fine and went to click on icon and hasn't worked since.

can you click on things that are on other layer than your desktop, Like start menus or anything that is not located on your desktop? if so you probably have an inactive or incomplete or badly installed mouse, if it is wireless check the connection and condition of your usb and call the techsupport that makes the products, also make sure nothing is blocking the left click button from connection to the sensor pad in the mouse

Mouse moves too fast

Hello,

You can always control mouse pointer motion (speed), by using Mouse Option in Control Pannel. Open Mouse option in control pannel. Here you can go to Pointor Motion, now move the slider to left side. Click on Apply and check mouse speed. When you get the required speed, Click OK.

Thanks

My Wacom mouse is driving me insane!!!

I think I figured out this problem. It's more of a wearing issue with the constant use of the button. Basically the plastic tab on the internal underside on the mouse is wearing down from continual use. I added a piece of custom cut card stock under the front of the mouse circuit board. This raised it up just a little to compensate for the wear on the button.
