First you may want to check if connection is good. If is good you may want to download latest drivers version from dell webiste.

When playing low notes on my guitar, I'm getting sub harmonics while playing clean on my Delta Blues 210. (sounds like a detuned bass playing along with me.)

That unit has a digital reverb and tremolo that can not be turned OFF with your foot control, meaning this small sound card is always on. Even though that level is on "0", it is still always on. If it has a problem within it, it will put noises into your sound. I would recommend opening the amp, look for the power to the effects card and unplug it to see if it goes away. It should be a small card resembling a sound card from a computer mounted off to the side. It should have a red and a black wire plugged into it. Wiggle it and listen for a change, dirty connections on that plug could do that. Unplug it completely and listen. This would only remove the possible interference of the card, you would still have sound without effects. Regardless of the brand, those cheap effects cards are usually more trouble than they are worth. They only have a few samples of effects, not the actual effect. I hope this helps, I know it is a great sounding amp but, those effects cards are the weakness of amps today.

Marshall mg 50 dfx amp sounds muffled?

Turn off the effects or go inside and unplug the little sound card. It is only a few samples of real effects, not the real thing. It's like a cheap PC sound card separate from the other components and has a small power plug on it. Wiggle that plug or unplug to see if it changes. It won't cut her sound, just the effects. Make sure the effects are off and verify, if using a footswitch, that it is working properly.

Sounds like youve got the Realtek soundcard software. You have got the sound effects which are built into the software turned on. You should see the Realtek sound manager icon in the bottom right taskbar just right click on that and go through all the options making sure no effects are enabled. Also right click the speaker icon then recording devices and go through all the settings there as sometimes there is also a box needed to check to disable sound effects even though it says none in the Realtek manager. The sound of my computers audio is strange. The computer is Acer Aspire E380 with Realtek High Definition sound card. Can anybody help me?

Try this, double click on the realtek HD audio icon on the system tray (orange speaker), click the effects tab, check if there's an active sound effect, change the effect to none, this should return the audio back to normal. Otherwise, either there's a problem with the speaker or on-board sound card.
