A reset would REQUIRE you to go through EVERY setting anyway, so why don't you just go through every setting manually and leave the ones that look ok alone?

Left channel not working on A or B selection

The receiver came with a manual. Look in the troubleshooting section for a fix or get the manual from Yamaha on line. If the fix fails, then the left amp is defective and it is not worth the cost of repairs.

Left channel not working on a or b

Assuming everything is plugged in properly (check the manual to be sure), and you're using a setting that makes use of the left channel (try the Stereo setting to be sure), something has failed within the receiver. This type of receiver isn't designed to be user-serviced. You'll need to send it to a qualified repair shop or replace the unit altogether.

Yamaha RX-V3300 AC outlets are not working. Everything else works fine. Is there a fuse or reset button? I unplugged unit, waited >30 sec an plugged in again with no change. Thanks.

The total combined load allowed on the outlet is 100W. Make sure you are testing the outlets with a low-current device like a radio or low wattage incandescent lamp (25 or 40 W) or a night light (7 W). Also, be aware that you must have the receiver turned on for the device to work as the outlets are switched according to the main power.
If you still can't get them to work, it could be an issue with the fuse - you should take it in for service.

Are there fuses i can reach with the RX-V3300 Natural Sound Home Theater Receiver

Look at the Impedance Switch on the back and make sure it is firmly in one or the other position and that it matches the impedance of your speakers.

Make sure no speaker wires are shorted to anything.

Unplug for 30 seconds and try again.

Looks like the the unit is locked to region 1.

The Yamaha receiver you listed is region free, therefore I assume you are talking about a different unit, in that case give model please.

If you have the problem with a Yamaha RX-V661, then simply disconnect power cord for ten minutes. And disconnect from power all devices connected to the receiver.
This should reset the system.

Let me know in case it does not work.
