I have a brand new samsonite american tourister flite bag with a faulty lock. Unfortunately I don't have the proof of purchase because it was a gift and I'm traveling in 2 days so taking it to the repairers is out of the question. Is it possible to fix the lock myself somehow? Any help would be awesome.
