Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
Im not sure what console your having this on... but I used to have it happen on my gamecube and n64 all the time. Try unplugging your controller and plugging it back in (or off then back on if it's wireless)
this often happens if your accidentally holding the thumb-stick down when you start your console/game
if this doesn't help you may need to either A: clean the controller or B: replace it
hope it helps

When they're all dead, do as Kota says and use your Force Grip. The camera will shift and two images representing your analog sticks will appear on the screen. Hold the left stick in the direction indicated. This will start turning the Star Destroyer's pointy nose to face you. This is one of the goals. The other goals are to tilt the nose upward or downward with the right analog stick. This part is pretty twitchy, so pay attention to with direction the game wants you to put it in. Also, be aware that the directions for the right analog stick are UP and NEUTRAL, not UP and DOWN. Once the Star Destroyer's nose is pointing the right way, the lights behind the sticks will turn green and it'll tell you to push the sticks up and then pull them both downward. Do it and HOLD them both down. Do not push them back up, despite what the image shows. Keep them hold down until the Ties get close and begin firing on you. Then let go and kill them again.
