Question about HTC TyTN Smartphone

thanks for the reply, but I don't know where to reset to factory defaults. Could you please elaborate? I have really been struggling with this inconvenient anomaly. I think it has something to do with windows media player, and maybe to do with my headset...? and I can't seem to uninstall it...
You will have to do a master or "hard" reset which will reset your phone to factory state. This can be done via Tapping
Start > Settings > System tab, then tap Clear Storage and input
"1234". Conversely you can also hard reset your phone by holding both
your softkeys (the physical keys that map to left and right menu
options) and using your stylus to hit the reset button while holding
those two softkeys.
Hope this may help

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
