They will give you the manual settings for accessing the GPRS .

Don't worry bro try this and u will be able to save the setting
1: Download & install OxyCube.(click her to download)
2: Connect your phone with USB cable. (USB Cable drivers must be installed)
3: Run OxyCube.
4: Select C: (Your phone memory).
5: In folders tree select Omadm Folder.
6: There will be 70 Numbered folders under Omadm.
7: Delete all folders accept first 5 & the folder named PRECFG.
8: Disconnect your phone.
9: Reboot your phone.
10: Either request you provider to send you settings. or insert it manually.
11: This time the settings will save normally.
