Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Some pictures seem to have been deleted from the memory card and I can not figure out how to retreive them from internal memory

The delete (garbage can) on all these cameras should be used sparingly it's been the cause of more problems then enough but it's there and people use it, The memory card should be formatted every time the pictures are downloaded to the computer. That way the memory card is clean and fresh for the next series of new pictures. Now the pain about getting the pictures from internal memory to the computer is another little annoyance. Each picture from the internal memory has to be loaded to the removable memory card one at a time then when all the pictures are on the removable memory card they can be downloaded to the computer and the internal memory cleared/deleted. My screen is broken and so i still took pictures with it, but I forgot to put the memory card so how to transfer all my pictures into my camera?

I think you mean you want to transfer pictures from the internal memory to the memory card. I don't know if there is a function to do this on your camera, but on the cameras I am familiar with, there is not.

However, if what you want to accomplish is to get your pictures from internal memory into your computer, there is a way. Simply remove the memory card from your camera before connecting the camera to your computer with the USB lead. The computer will then see the camera's internal memory instead of the card memory, and you can copy the pictures over.

If you have been accessing your pictures by removing the card from the camera and placing it in a card reader attached to your computer, then this won't work for pictures in the internal memory. You will need to use the other method, connecting the camera to the computer with the USB lead.

My memory card is full and I want to transfer to my computer. I tried to transfer to internal memory but it says there isn't enough space. Anyway to transfer all at once instead of tagging individual...

Connect you camera to the computer using the USB cable. It will be shown as a removable drive(If the autorun is enabled windows should list the option to transfer pictures.Choose this option if it does so). Open the drive and and transfer the pictures to your computer.

Hope this helps,
Sai.

How do you upload pictures on the internal memory?

If you normally upload your pictures by connecting via the USB port, remove the memory stick before connecting the camera to the computer. If you normally upload your pictures by putting the memory stick into a card reader, use the camera's memory stick tool to copy the pictures from internal memory to memory stick.
