Can you tell me if it drains at all? it sounds to me with the model that it may be the drain pump indicating its clogged. When you open it up is it filled with water? sitting in there idle as in its not draining or siphoning out.

Drain all the waters and turn off the machine for 5 hours. Please unplug the power cable.
Looks like your dispenser has a wax motor. I think the first thing you have to do is remove the inner door and inspect the soap dispensor assy. See if any of the moving parts are broken. This wax motor is 120V so you can run a cheater cord to it to see if it works, but be very careful when doing this. It will expand the plunger and open the flap. If the wax motor operates with 120V applied to it then you want to see if you have power coming from the timer. It will be the tan wire # 27 on the timer harness. You also want to make sure the spring and pin are in place on the dispenser flap. Your part number for the wax motor is 902899. Catriver.
Leave the unit unplugged for 2 hrs then reconnect it you will be able to open the door then.

I tried un plugging the dishwasher, but still the same thing, I push normal wash and heated dry the wash light illuminates then 5 minutes later the rinse only and clean light start flashing. and nothing has happened in the machine; SOMETIMES it will fill with water then stop and the rinse only and clean light flash, either way it is not washing my dishes and I am at a loss
no the water is not draining.... the washer turns on then sounds like water is entering the machine but then maybe 5 min later lights start flashing and will stay flashing till you cut the power
