Brizo shower arm adapter

I would contact delta and see if they would be able to replace the part. It looks to me that all you need to do is screw it on and it should seal up.

The freezer temp is unregulated. At times the inside drips water and then freezes - leaving large chunks of ice and stalagtites.

You have a bad thermostat . The piece , the temp adjustment knob is on . When the weather changes , the barometric pressure changes , and sometimes , causes the fluid inside the thermostat tube , to separate . When the fluid separates , air bubbles get in between the fluid section , causing the thermostat to either work erratically , and sometimes , not at all .

Need a shower valve replacement cartridge

I found the cartridge at globeunion [nooutgoing@email.com], 888-328-2383. They told me they are shipping the cartridge to me today at no cost ("lifetime warranty") and they immediately emailed a part diagram of the whole Fontaine NF-VCTST-BNV-TSRVH Single Handle Pressure Balanced Tub and Shower Trim and Valve with Rain Showerhead (from the Monaco Series).

Leaky posi temp shower valve

coming from the uk it sounds that when you mention it leaks at night its a possibility thats when the water pressure increases & the valve starts to drip?

i know its not a solution but it may help you understand why its dripping at night.

Also the seals might be damaged in which case thats why its dripping check them for damage. make sure when you put the new cartridge in that you put some silicone grease around the seals as this helps the insertion & helps protect the seals from damage.

Where to fine a owners manual

I own a Maxim Expres machine. I no longer use it nor have the manual, but the following are my recollections.
I have the version with an on/off switch on the front and a separate knob to control the steam nozzle.

- Use the carafe to measure the water, then pour into the tank and replace the screw-on lid.
- Measure coffee into the metal basket (don't remember the proportions of coffee to water - you
have to experiment.)
- I tamped the coffee lightly - not as much pressure as you use with a pump-driven machine.
- Put the basket into the handle, line up the slots and twist the handle to the side to secure (I'm
sure the models vary in this regard). Place the carafe under the drip hole.
- Push the button to "on". For espresso, just wait until it stops dripping. This is a steam-driven
machine - don't expect much or any crema.
- Frothing: If you are going to froth milk, you need to do it WHILE THE COFFEE IS DRIPPING.
-Wait until coffee starts dripping into the carafe (otherwise there is not enough steam pressure)
-Submerge the nozzle tip under the surface of the milk and turn the knob on the steam nozzle.
-After frothing, turn the nozzle to closed and wait for coffee to finish.
-If you wait too long to start frothing, the coffee will finish and you will lose steam pressure.

That's what I remember, hope it helps.

Water leaking at filter

If this is a Pure source 2 filter in the upper right hand side of fridge, Purchase an Electrolux filter bypass, P/N 241944302. This is a empty cartridge that lets water flow without water drip when filter is clogged. Fridgidaire/Electrolux made no bypass in these filters, so when clogged they leak. Plus they NEVER last more than about 30/60 days. If you use the bypass, you will need a separate filter elsewhere such as in water line under sink or behind fridge. Call me at 816-560-8545 if you need more info.
