Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
This sounds like the logic board or battery has malfunctioned. I suggest contacting Apple iPod repair through the Service side of their site. Just go to your local Apple site (meaning whatever country you are in) nd click on Support, then iPod. There is a procedure there that you can setup a repair service for the iPod. Also, if you have an Apple Store near you, you can take it there.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
