Nespresso Frother burnt spot - how to avoid
Avoiding a burnt spot in the frotherBecause the frother impellar is magnetic, it will stick to anywhere on the bottom of the frother. It will even stick to the bottom if it is not on the little pillar that it should spin on.If you insert the impellar into the milk after it is filled, it is very easy to think you have put it in the right place (because it seems to stick to the bottom). If it is not on the pillar it will not actually do its job of spinning (it needs to do this to create the "frothing", but also it is needed to circulate the milk to prevent a "hot spot" in the milk - burning occurs if the milk is not circulated). So . . . always check the impellar is correctly fitted - or burnt milk will be a problem
