How do you undo the control lock button. It came on by itself and I cannot start the machine?

Press an hold the Drain/Spin button for 3 seconds- the light will go out and you can use your machine.

There is either a button or a pin that goes into a hole when the door is shut. If the pin gets broken or the button gets damaged the control thinks the door is open. If everything looks ok you can have a service tech bypass the switch. If it works, the switch needs replaced. The part is fairly cheap but the labor can be trouble.
