Question about Sewing Machines
I am not too clear on your problem, but it sounds like you have to get it unjammed and remove the needle by loosening the screw on the needle holder. . Even if you have to cut it and take a pliers to get all of it out. You can download the manual for free at www.singerco.com and under support, instruction manual, enter 2662 in the box. Get the manual so that you know how to remove the needle and insert a new one. The needle may have slipped down and is causing the problem. Remember always turn the handwheel towards you, never away from you, because it can mess up the timing. Good Luck
