HELP! The front double wheel of my Graco travel system just snapped off. Luckily my 13 month old daughter wasn't hurt, but this is now unsafe. What do we do to make it usable again?

If this was bought new then contact Graco or the shop you bought it from as usually pushchairs have at least a 6 months warranty if you bought this second hand Graco should still be able to help or have a look on eBay as they have a lot of spare parts

I have the same problem on both front wheels of a Graco pushchair I inherited. I took the wheel assembly off and had a friend weld steel washers onto the end of the frame and then I pushed the barbed plastic pivot in. It worked for a bit but damage to the plastic barb causes the wheel assembly to fall off without much encouragement. Now looking for Plan B. It may involve more welding and modifications. Not sure what Graco parts cost but would imaging getting them to South Africa where I live would be prohibitively expensive. – MH

Try to call them first if they sell lock only for front wheel. If not then you need to buy the whole front wheel assembly.

You need to contact the company. I did this right away when I got mine new and had a spare for the just in case. I needed the just in case, but it was the small wheel and it broke up above the wheel.
