Question about Casio Boss Business Organizer
I turn on my casio SF-5580 organizer and I get the above error message, when I attempt to do the all reset procedure I am still unable to reset the unit. i

I am guessing that you are trying to send your data from one sf-5580 to another sf-5580. You can see what is shown on the screen in your user manual on page 69 and 70 (including full instructions and what buttons to press). If you don't have the manual then you can download it here.

After you change the main batteries it will tell you to press the reset button. Go ahead and do this. You will then get a message asking if you are using a new unit for the first time (Y/N)? Be sure to press N in response to this message (pressing Y will delete all the data in memory). You will then be prompted to rest the Home Time.
