Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
You may have damaged the Cartridge cradle already, but removing it may also damage the Cartridge cradle. First, inspect the cartridge to make sure there are no plastic clips, etc. blocking the passageway for removing the cartridge. It may take some force, but the cartridge should slide right out. Most HP printer cartridges are similar, if not the same size and shape, so it should come out with ease. You may need to use a flathead screwdriver, taking caution to not break the Cartridge cradle any more than it already may be.
