I just bought a Royal CMS 487 Plus and it did not have a manual with it. It appears to have been deprogrammed. Where can I find a manual I can download?

Peform a ram clear, and reprogram. Half system clear . key to prg position, unplug register, replug. If this does not work full system clear, you will loose your programs. key to pgm, unplug register, hold clear key down and replug in. If this does not solve problem possible board problems.

Royal are a very small company, so it is difficult to get information.
You could try the models on their site and see if one of those has a similar tax setup:
