Question about Intec Wii Wave Remote - Black for Nintendo Wii
You most likely need to sync both controllers at the same time otherwise the Wii thinks they are both controller one.

You can do 1 of 2 things. Contact the manufacturer of the Microphone and ask for a replacement or repair instructions or buy a new Microphone. If the microphone is fairly new, try returning it to the store for a replacement.

SOURCE: my Intec PS3 Turbo Shock
I've gotten mine to sync fine just follow the steps but press and hold the sync button for like 5-10 seconds. To be honest the best thing you should do is to refund it because mines already broke, cat knocked it over and now I have no vibration..... I've had it for less than a day, both analogue stick move by themselves in game which to me seems like the f*cking thing is demonic and sucks hardcore playing online. Also the sticks arent sensitive they'll jump over things when you move them and add the automoving analogue sticks that your constantly fighting with just makes things like hell Save your money for a higher grade model!!!!

The Wii console has a small door in the front of it that covers the slot for a mini SD card and the red "Sync" button. With the Wave battery in the Wii remote you cannot push the corresponding "sync" button on the remote with your finger but there is a small hole that you can poke something thin like a paper clip through to push the button.
Push the red button on the Wii console and use a paper clip to push the button on the Wii remote. Both buttons do not have to be pushed at exactly the same time, there can be a few seconds delay.(This may take a few tries as the "sync" button is a bit hard to hit on the remote though the small hole.) All four lights on the remote should blink a few times then only the first light to the left will stay solid indicating that the remote is synced. If the lights blink and then all turn off, try to sync again.

Okay, so I played 1 wii game and calibrated the board. Each wii board type of game has a profile creation wizard (mine is wii fit), which guides you through calibrating your movements on the board. Once you have a profile, the board understands the movements as directions or coordinates.
Then you can load your profile when you play the game, not the calibration wizard.
