If the code isn't written or printed in your owner's manual packet, you can get it from the dealership. You'll need your registration and title, as well as photo ID. That will prove the car is yours and you are who you say you are. Your VIN number is on the registration, and the dealer can look up your radio code based on the VIN of the car. They may charge you something for doing it (up to an hour's labor).

I need code for estereo HONDA CIVIC EX MODEL 99,

HONDA do not make radios .They only affix their badge ontoradios made by the large manufacturers (ALPINE , BLAUPUNKT etc). First try https://radio-navicode.honda.com/ If the above suggestion is not successful ,then unfortunately the code will not be availablefor free (or cheap ) from anywhere onthe Internet. Will only be available from your Main HONDA Dealer or a Radio DecodingService

I changed the battery in my 2006 Honda Civic, last night and now my radio is not working

When you disconnect the power from the radio like this it needs a security code to get it working again as the radio automatically locks up when the power is removed as an antitheft measure. These codes are individual to the radio itself and you will need to contact your local Honda Dealer with the VIN number of the car and proof of owndership in order to get the code.

Luckily Honda are the only manufacturer that I know of that will provide the code to you for free. You can also get this code online direct from Honda if you are already registered in their database as the owner of the car. For more information on how to do it this way see this FixYa Tip.

Again it is free to do it this way.

Hope it helps. Please do take a moment to leave a vote for the solution.

How to enter a radio code for Honda civic

well first you need to find the code at the honda dealer or if you have a original manual owner.
you would find it both way. Then once's you have it just enter the code and it should work properly with no problems.

How can I get my radio working in my 2002 Honda Civic? It says to enter a code but where can I find this code? It's a used car and I do not have the owners manual.

You need to call the Honda dealer. they will most likely give you a number for support. You will most likely have to take out your radio and give them the serial number, then they usually ask you to fax them your drivers license and registration. Then they will give you a code. I had to do that with my acura and im assuming its the same for honda,
