Assuming you checked the power at the plug and insured the water valves are on. If it happens to fill then does nothing, you may have a bad lid switch. You can go to - - for parts breakdown and to buy parts for most brands. Simply enter you model number then select model search. Good Luck

I bought a honda pressure washer power boss 3000. I load the gasoline, start the machine, but pressure water is not coming out from the trigger. i tried so many things , but can t get started.

If you are using a water tank for water supply, remove the water supply line from the pressure washer and connect a water hose from a faucet. Turn the water on, then crank the engine. Pull the trigger of the spray gun until water comes out. When then water starts to spray properly the release the trigger, shut engine down with pressure on the line then reconnect the water supply from the tank to the pressure washer. If this fixes the problem then the problem was "air-locked"! Happens alot with new pressure washers that have never been run. If you need any other help, please email me @

    1 Answer

    Spin cycle doesn't cut in

turn program knob to spin and hit start then hit cancel within 5 seconds hold down options and start/pause button this will put you in the self daignostic test
Turn the program knob (1) click clockwise from the
start position. The hot water solenoid will activate
and hot water should enter through the detergent compartment
Turn the program knob (2) clicks from the start
position. The bleach water solenoid will activate and
cold water should enter through the bleach compartment
Turn the program knob (3) clicks from the start
position. The bleach and the wash water solenoids
will activate and cold water should enter through the
    softener compartment.
Turn the program knob (4) clicks from the start
position. The door lock solenoid will deactivate and
the loading door can be opened. When the door is
opened, the drum light should turn on.
Turn the program knob (5) clicks from the start
position. The washer will fill and tumble. Once
tumbling has started, the Boost Heater (if so
    equipped) will turn on.
Turn the program knob (6) clicks from the start
position. The drain pump & door lock solenoid will
activate and the washer will operate in high spin.
then on the last turn it will give you the other error codes it has that code is giving usually is caused by a different code to clear the codes
    • Turn the program knob clockwise 7 clicks from the
Start Position. The control will signal the last error
    • Press and hold the Options and Start/Pause
buttons for 3 seconds. The code will be cleared. you really need to clear that code first to do the test but it can be done in the daignostic test skip the rest first go straight to the 7 clicks and clear the code but dont open the door during the test otherwise it will give that code after you get it cleared go to the spin spot on the knob and keep turning clock wise to go through the test but give it at least 3 seconds for each test then it should display a different code and what ever it is email me and i can help you out at that point i have alot of experence with appliances

    1 Answer

    Water will not shut off.

1st: check to see if the hose that the water comes out when it drains is higher than the water level in the washer.

2nd: It could be the plastic line that is inside of the washer that determines the water level.

Check the hose at the back to see if it's higher first.
