If you are trying to reinstall the Operating System with the Install CD the check the following:
Ensure that your CD drive is set as the first boot device in your BIOS settings.
Insert the Install CD in the cd drive, and then reboot the computer.
If it asks you to press any key if you to boot from CD, then just do so (ie. push the spacebar).
The Operating System install should then begin.
Since you did not provide any details on what exactly you are trying to install, it is somewhat difficult to provide any additional or more precise directions to solve your problem.
