It sounds like the machine may not have fully drained. On the front bottom left id a small door where you can drain the tub, if it's not plugged with sand. Then remove the bit screw cap. This is the drain pump clean out. Remove all that loose change and with the water drained you should be able to open the door. If the drain is clear you will need to replace the drain pump. You can also unplug the machine for at least 7 minutes the machine will eventually release the door. But check the drain first.

It may be quite normal for a key fob to only open the drivers door...opening all the doors when you only need the drivers door open may present a security threat..anyone could enter your vehicle before you had a chance to secure the open doors. You should be able to unlock the doors you need open from the drivers door console.

I'm not sure about the noise, but the jerking motion might be because your the center roller (located in the rear middle of the sliding door) has worn out and need to be replace. This is a will known problem.
Your problem is very hard to answer because 05-10 odyssey has so many problem with sliding door.

center roller:

If you press and hold the smart/learn button for 6 seconds on opener number 1 it will erase the memory and neither code will open it. Now just program it for button number one and you should be set. If you have remotes for door number 1 you will have to reprogram them also.
ok check the sliding door on the side the fuel door is on. there is a safety mech. there the door needs to be closed all the way. if its not you can't open the fuel door. so slam that door then find out where and how it keeps the fuel door from opening. because if you open the door with the fuel door open it may damage fuel door
