While your camera is switched on, remove the battery. Wait for at least 30 seconds and reinstall the battery (make sure it´s charged). Switch on the camera. The lens should open and pop out.

THAT IS IS LENS ALIGNMENT PROBLEM OR THE FLEX GOING TO YOUR CAMERA LENS HAVE A CUT.
