You must try some data recovery software. try "Kernel for FAT and NTFS" i have personally used this software and it worked like a charm for me. It perfectly recovers data from deleted, formatted, and damaged partitions without errors. One more good thing about this software is you can try free demo version , using demo version you can preview the data recovered before actually buying the software. If you are satisfied with the data preview you can go for buying the software to recover your data.

Probably you have lost them for ever. BUT you should firstly not use the camera card again until you are sure they are non-recoverable. You might try using a photo recovery programme these work well with simple deletions on computer discs and USB flash drives etc. They might work with a camera card too.
I use one called 'Pandora Recovery' but there are quite a few of these programmes available on the internet. If you cannot recover your pictures in this way then tough! they're gone!

Formatting won't make the videos and pictures in a memory card/SD card erased permanently.
Those deleted videos and pictures are still stored in the memory card/SD card, they're just invisible or inaccessible. The most effective way is to rely on some data recovery program.
Try this program called Tenorshare Data Recovery. It can recover data after deeply scanning your memory card/SD card to look for lost data you accidentally deleted or formatted.
You can get it from: http://www.any-data-recovery.com
Last but not least, you should stop using the memory card. The more new data is added, the less chance of data recovery.

1. Stop using the digital camera immediately. If your digital device is equipped with memory card (stick) or external hard drive, better take the chip out the put it in secure place and don't let it have any chance to be damaged such as fall onto the ground etc.
2. Install a data recovery software or photo recovery utility on your PC. Recuva is the best one I recommend for you as it is 100% FREE with both powerful recovery capability and easy to use interface.
3. Connect the storage media to your PC installed such file recovery app.
4. Start the recovery process.
