Just download and give it a try ..I could not find that model anywhere ..
if you do have a web cam driver but do not want to work in windows xp ..it may be for older operation system..just run it forced and under properties select to work in compatibility with the operation system it was made for ..

Hi,

Your Sony VAIO VGNC Series were desiged for Windows Vista. Windows XP is compatible with this computer as well. The Video adapter installed in this computer Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950. According to Intel, this video adapter is compatible for Microsoft Windows* XP, Windows* XP 64bit, Media Center Edition 2004/2005, Windows 2000; Linux-compatible (Xfree86 source available). The only way this computer will work perfectly is to downgrade your Windows 7 to any of the mentioned Windows versions.

Is plustek opticpro 31 windows 7 compatable?

The OpticPro A3I is not Windows 7 compatible. (It wasn't compatible with Windows XP and they did not add support for the newer OS.) The OpticPro A320 and A360 are compatible with Windows 7. Support for the newest OpticPro A3 models is available here: http://plustek.com/usa/products/opticpro-a3-series/ .

If you have one of the other models in the series, please let me know. I suspect the OptiPro A3-U will be best under Windows XP in a dual boot, stand-alone or virtual computer.

You can run an XP virtual computer for free with Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate. Download and install Microsoft's Virtual PC and XP mode. Then install the scanner to the XP mode as if you are using a normal XP computer. The other options require a licensed version of XP. Virtual computers have one issue; they can not share files with the main computer directly. You will need to save files to external media (CD or flash drive) to transfer them.

I hope this helps.

Check that you have the proper drivers installed. The device may not be compatible for window's 7,in that case, get a pcmia wireless card that is compatible.

I have acer aspire laptop computer model 3692WLM1 windows media center edition I wish to purchase a HP DESKJET D4200 series printer will this be compatable for my laptop

Hey doodee,

According to information provided by the manufacturer, this model HP printer requires Windows 2000, Windows XP Home or Windows XP Professional in order to function. Apart from the obvious cosmetic changes and some extra added functionality, Windows XP Media Center Edition may be treated as basic Windows XP in many instances. As such, this printer should be compatible with your computer. Please keep in mind however, that you may need to perform driver and software updates in order to guarantee functionality.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron

Is my MX/DX/DS series digital camera compatible with Windows XP?

No, these cameras are not compatible with Windows XP. We recommend using a memory card reader such as the DPC-R1 to read directly from your camera's SmartMedia card.
