Question about George Foreman GRP99 Indoor Grill
I don't know if you're still within the warranty period (you didn't statehow long you've had it), but I'd contact the manufacturer (Salton, Inc.) customer service site for parts or manual, or for warranty support. If they don't have them (parts or repair locations), they should know where to send you (though if they don't, I'd seriously wonder about the company).
And click on "George Foreman" (lower-right portion of the page), it redirects you to a secure webpage where you can register.
Part of the page reads:
