Question about Nintendo DS Lite Console
This is a common issue, it happens when the ribbon cable develops internal fractures or has been knocked loose. EB games will replace the top screen, as this is where the cable is stored. In rare cases it is an issue with the logic board. I recommend getting it replaced, but you could open up the system and see if the cable is loose. If it isn't, you're going to need to get the screen/logic board replaced.
