Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
could there be a restore option in your programs
toshiba recovery or something like this or create recovery disk
have you check out weither one of the top row of keys pressed at startup will take you into recovery sometimes it the F10 key somtimes the F11 key
or you could go to the toshiba forum and put up a post or have a look around to see if anyone else
has had this problem
Do you really need to completly restore or could you try system restore
that to take you back quite a way if you tried that
type/run system restore
over and down to system restore
and somewhere in there there is quite often a click option to show more restore dates
hope you get sorted

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
