Hello I have the wonderfull uhe 22 multi but it has to be reassembled after I disassembled it. I think this will become difficult because of my english but we will see. I have a problem with part 32 and 33 to put those in place. Part 33 is connected to the outside black rotating swtch to hammer or not, to drill or both and so on. Part 32 has to be in plce to? I dont know. I have a detail of parts drawing but not a assemble drawing. that would be great. So, could you help me. The machine worked fine until it did not get into hammering thanks for answering Henk

    Hi Joe,
this is not what I seek. I allready visited that site and have a sparepart drawing.
I am looking for a drawing, a kind of service drawing where is stated which parts putting
together. Kind of put part 1 in place after puting together parts 2 and 3 of the main....ands os on.
I am especially interested in the part that is behind the rotating switch on the outside to choose
if the machine is hammering or drilling or both.

    kind regards
    Henk

Hi, I am looking for a instruction manual to put together the Metabo UHE 22 multi.
I am not looking for sparepartslists or so.
    I found that myself.
Please, can anyone tell me how to put together the main parts of this wonderfull machine.
If you look at the sparepart list I refer to parts 32 and 33. That is what its all about.
    Thanks for helping.
    Henk

    Hi Hanspp,
thanks for answering. Yes you are right about these parts and it worked after a lot of trials.
Also part 34 is giving me trouble. That is the part behind the rotating switch on the outside to choose hammer or not or screwing or not. I cannot see on the drawing (see attached jpg) how this fit together.
Maybe you have a solution for this.
    thanks for answering
    kind regards

    Hi Silverdragon,
thanks for the tip but I already found that drawing on the metabo site. I was looking for a drawing about the puting it together. But that is hard to get. Probably because they earn money with repairing. In the netherlands it is about 175 euros to have it repaired by them. I do not need any parts but they wont repair it because I do not have the purchase receipt anymore. Bad luck because the machine was working fine.
    kind regards
    Henk

    Oke HannPP,
you are right about this part 34. It resides behind the knob on the outside. I will play around with this tomorrow and see how far I will get with this. I will let you know. First some tennismatches at Indian Wells.....
thanks again and I'll be back.
    Henk

Let's see if I have got this right. Part 32 has to slide over the splines on part 33, the gear on that is driven by the small gear pn the front of the armature part 41. The parts 29 to 31 slide on the shaft in front of part 32. The gear on part 32 looks like it drives on part 10 or 11 and the shaft on part 33 sticks out of the hole in the front housing and the knob part 28 is held on by screw 65. PArt 32 slides backwards and forwards when you turn the knob to engage ir disengage the drive I think.
The parts drawing is not very good, normally they give you a line to show the path of the assembly, but not in this one.

Come back to me if you do not understand this, I hardly understand it myself! I have a Woodster that is very much like your Metabo inside and my drawing shows a bit more. Sorry it has taken so long for me to pick up your problem.

    Hi again,

That part 34 is difficult. There is no similar part on my Woodster, but it looks like it fits into part 25 alongside the assembled part 33 because it runs in grease and may be what the knob operates to change the selections that you make. There are three separate things that interlock and go into the housing 25, somehow they must all fit together because you must be able to separate the operation of the hammer action and the rotary drill action. Something must slide part 32 backwards and forwards and also stop the chuck shaft from turning while the piston goes backwards and forwards, not having it in my hands and looking at a drawing that is not very clear does not help me either.

I will understand it all this does not make any sense because I am getting lost as well. Play around with part 34, it must mate up with parts 33 and something near part 22. Let me know how you go and we can work on it some more.

Temp, fuel, speed, RPM, Mileage guages are not working, Check engine light, abslight and alarm set lights are on. What is the problem and solution?

I had the exact same problem. The next thing you'll experience is immediate engine stall/quit right after startup.
Found the solution on another site: the fix is an easy do-it-yourself project: the solder used to connect the multi-function wiring plugs to the instrument panel has become brittle. (widely known to Chrysler and many repair shops. Their suggested fix is to replace the entire instrument cluster for 2-300 dollars (parts only; add several hours for labor).
For an hour of your time and a small battery-powered soldering pencil, you can simply re-solder each of the pin connections to the circuit board. Use new flux-core solder; it will make a lasting repair.
There's a You-Tube video out there showing the entire dash area disassembly and cluster removal. I did it twice; the first time, I only re-soldered one of the plug sockets. Disassembly took an hour- reassembly took 15 minutes. I should've re-soldered both. Second time, disassembly and reassembly each took 15 minutes. The actual soldering took about five minutes.
While apart, you can replace any burned-out dashboard illumination lightbulbs, too.

I need a detailed schematic of a 1990 ford f250 steering wheel column that includes directions for disassembly and reassembly

Go back to the dealer ,chat the storeman up nicely and he will print you off the parts picture so you some idea where it goes ,this vehicle is so oil that nothing is complicated about this motor as i repaired a 350 1989 model last week and apart from getting the plugs out after they had been in for 15 yrs their was nothing i found difficult ,just big and heavy with its twin rear wheels and a complete brake rebuild as well .Still think a ford transit diesel is a better motor though because at our fuel prices here in europe ? need i say more

Ibm think pad 2611 1452 cmos battery how to replace

There are multiple panels on the underside of your laptop. You can start by removing those and seeing if you can locate the battery there. If it is not under those panels than try removing the keyboard. If you still can not locate the battery from these then you will need to completely disassemble you laptop chassis to locate the battery.
I wouldn't suggest disassembling the entire chassis as reassembly can be difficult.

Hello, my Hobart AE200 seeps oil from the front panel. How do I top it up? How often does the oil need replacing and with what type of oil? Thanks

It's not oil in the A200, it's #2 weight grease. Although when it gets old enough it can break down far enough to basically become oil (either that or someone put oil in it previously). There are a number of answers written on fixya.com explaining how to disassemble the transmission and change the grease. Fill with 36 ounces #2 grease. FYI : disassembling the transmission and changing the grease is a very messy task and one can VERY easily reassemble the transmission incorrectly, so consider bringing the mixer to Hobart to have the job done.

It will not work with my power inverter in my truck, but it works when used on a regular 120v outlet. My power saw and my HILTI Drill work but the METABO UHE 28 Multi just will not work at all??? WHY ???

The inverter isn't putting up enough power to drive the metabo. You may be able to give it a "running start" by rotating the blade along a board while pulling the trigger. This isn't a good practice, however, as the board or the saw could slip, so be doubly careful if you try something like this. Your best choice would be to get a bigger inverter.

Best regards, (and be careful), --W/D--

Mower starts right up but will not keep running. changed the air filter, gas, oil and added carb cleaner with no effect.

Hello! The carb needs to be disassembled, cleaned, reassembled with new gaskets and then adjusted...If this is something you can do on your own rebuild kits are inexpensive...Engine will not idle because throttle plate is not moving freely due to varnish build-up...

I have a Toro 22" Recycler Mower. Never had problems starting before til now. Have gas, oil level fine, new filter and spark plug. Why not start

Youwill need to disassemble the carburetor and spray withcarb.cleaner.

Use a Den Tek Brush, (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=165357&catid=1152),to clean the small portals in carb. These portals can become blocked. Reassemble and start.

If the carb. parts are more than 4 years old, you may have to replace them.

If you need further assistance on:

Just let me know.
