SOURCE: setting resolution
Adjusting the resolution is done in Windows. Right click on the desktop and click on properties. Once that opens click on the Settings tab. There you will have a slider bar that you can adjust your resolution with. As far as being able to see things clearly on the monitor, the best picture is usually obtained simply by pushing the AUTO button.

Try to restart ur PC then it will auto detect ur monitor via DVI input. Actually, no driver needed for monitor in now day, they all come with plug and play.

If you are getting blue cast on the whole screen, you should check the video cable pins and make sure they are properly seated, also try it with another PC to make sure it is not video card problem.
