Question about Computers & Internet
The first link is for Adobe. The second linl is for Java. When insatlling Adobe, you must make sure you don't have any prior versions. If you do you need to uninstall them. When you start download you have to get out of any windows,ie Internet Explorer, and sign out of any kind of messaging that may interfere,ie;Yahoo mail, Msn messenger. You may also have a yellow bar pop up torwards the top of you screen regarding ActiveX. You need to click on this and allow it to run. If it does not install, you should get a message box that tells you what is interfereing with the download. You can go to, say its Yahoo, and sign out and the info box should be empty and you can continue. Java may or may not be required as well and it needs to be updated also. If you have Java you should be able to accsess thta through Contol Panel. Click on control panel then, Find the Java icon and right click on it. There should be an update tab at the top of window. Click on that to update. Hope this helps.
