Your pin cushion transistor isn't working and i suspect that your tv needs resoldering throughout as most do.

My tv will turn on there is no picture and it

Hi.

The only two parts that can cause scratching sound are the color wheel (if present) and the cooling fans.

The TV must be taken apart and tested by a technician.

To get in touch with a qualified technician ring the number listed on the user manual or check your Mitsubishi support website.

Regards.

Ginko.

Problem with remotes for our zenith e44w46lcd tv

It could be that the main board or the remote reciever is bad on the TV. The best thing to do at this point is to have a technician verify which one is causing the issue. Otheriwise it would be an expensive gamble to replace both boards. Please take a moment to rate my answer. Thanks..

Screen seems to have scrape on-how expensive is new screen-only 4

Hi, dealer cost on the screen assy. is $290 plus s&h which is probably about $45, been quite awhile since I ordered one so not sure on s&h. You may be able to seperate the 2 screens and clean it up depending on what caused the mark, be advised you clean these with warm water and a LITTLE dish detergent . NEVER use windex or any other chemical type cleaner. rub gently straight down on front screen and in a circular motion on the inside screen. Before seperating the 2 screens mark both of them with a piece of tape at the top edge so they go back together exactly as you took them apart or the image will be all blurred, hope this helps, video-tek

Tv turns off after a few minutes

I had the same problem with my D61W130. It would turn off and on intermittently. Called a TV repair shop and they said this model was known for it's poor soldering connections on the power board. They came out and took it apart and re-soldered the board. It cost me almost $300 bucks but it seems to have taken care of the problem. It's working great now.

I'm having a similar problem! I've taken it apart and see a spark around the green (middle) bulb. Does this mean the bulb is blown and needs to be replaced?

Black spot on screen

And yes, you are right. It is the light engine causing it. And unfortunatley you need to have your light engine replaced also. I've replaced several of them for that same reason. So I know what I'm talking about.

Picture fuzzy on dark scenes

Well I finally had the TV picked up by a Toshiba recommended repair place and they are saying that it is a bad Optical Block, also known as the Light Engine. Total for pick up, parts and repairs is $827.00. This seems ridiculous to me when brand new TVs are so much cheaper now. I don't think I will pay that much to have this one fixed.
