could you tell us the name and model of your laptop please
or you can go to the official website of the laptops manufacturer
eg if an acer go to www.acer.com if hp go to www.hp.com etc etc
most of the offical websites have their own scanner to scan your laptop
so go to the site look for scanner and click on it
then you will have to go to the top of your screen and allow the download because it will not
work unless you give your permission to do so
