Question about Sansui 32" TV
If this a standard TV, you have several bad capacitors near the the vertical IC. The vertical IC will also need resoldered. Please do not short the pins with excess solder. The bad caps will be near the vertical IC. They always seem to put extremely small capacitors that are short lived in this unit. You will be concerned about electrolytic caps here. They look like miniature cans with two legs. You will need an ESR meter to locate and replace the caps. You those of the same voltage and Mfs. Find the 50 volt 1Mfs caps as they are bad. There will be a 25 or 35 volt cap at 100Mf that is bad. And there may be a 50 volt47 Mf too. Once again search with the ESR meter, you will find the caps. And inspect and resolder the rest of the board as necessary. Thanks for asking and show a few hands of support!
