Click on the start menu in the bottom right hand corner of the screen Find the words "Control Panel" in the start menu and click to open the control panelFind and click on the icon, "Backup and Restore Center." please mark as answred if this has helped you as it may help others in the future
Go Start menu (bottom left hand corner of the screen) > find Control Panel and click > find the icon saying Back up and restore center > choose to restore your operating system using system restore
