Help

-   I'm on the second level of "Open Season," and Boog and Elliot come to a platform, but it's high in the air. I can't throw anything onto it to make it come down, there's no button or switch to lower it, and I can't reach it. All I can do is fall in the hole underneath the platform and start again.

Also, there's a rattling cage with some sort of animal in side, and it says to throw Elliot up there, but I can't.
