Question about Nokia E63 Cell Phone
It could be a problem with the headphones or the phone connector pins itself. To summarize,
1. Clean the phone connector area & headphone connector
2. Try the 3.5 mm headphones with another phone
3. Try another 3.5 mm headphone with your E63.
If it's the phone problem perhaps the best way would be to go for nokia care shop.
