Hi, I have a Samsung n102 Netbook and the touch pad freezes after login. Can you please help?

Has anything been spilt on the unit or is there anything obstructing the trackpad?

Dirt, dust and debris (in addition to liquid) can cause the contacts on the trackpad to go wonky.

Hope this helps!

I spilt rubbing alcohol in my ps3 console

I have heard many time were people have spilt liquid on their gaming console. And they tell me they left it to dry and it worked after a while.
leaving the device to dry may dry all the liquid out and allow you to continue playing.

There's a need for you to bring your netbook to a service center to check for any possible hardware problem. Usual cleaning should be able to resolve this issue but if not it requires a local service center to ran further check on your netbook.

My GATEWAY pc laptop keyboad letter WEOPB BACKSPACE and #0 dont work.im now using on-screen keyboard.what shall i do.please advice.tnx

Seems like you have spilt liquid on the keyboard?

the liquid causes connections between the circuit board in keyboard which causes the keys to not work properly.

u can try take off the keys and get to keyboard, you might be able to clean it with isopropyl alchohol and a cotton bud to fix it.

if you cant get the keyboard out then there is nothing you can do!

I Spilt wine on keyboard. now some keys are writing wrong thing. Mostly numbers and letter o. Eg 9o 65 87 87 9o

I advise you to purchase a new Keyboard and not have any liquids in the danger close area.
Danger Close - If spilt, it will damage the keyboard.

I SPILT GRAVY ON MY NETBOOK, NOW A FEW OF THE KEYS WONT WORK, HOW DO I REPLACE IT

You don't, because the keyboard is not a "user-replacable" part.
Take it to a qualified technician, and get all the gravy cleaned out,
and get a replacement keyboard.

Cannot type certain letters

Hi,

Verify that the key is not working in more than one application. It is possible that some keys may not be used in all programs. This generally always applies to the Function keys F1 through F12. If not all keys are working in all programs and you have Windows, attempt to boot the computer to a MS-DOS prompt or Safe Mode and test the keyboard in DOS.

If it appears that a substance has been spilt into the computer.

If any type of liquid has been spilt within the keyboard you can attempt to clean it . however, because of the dramatic decrease of cost with computer keyboards, it is recommended that you simply replace the keyboard to help prevent frustration and possibility of failure again in the future.

Thanks,
CF
