Question about Audio Players & Recorders
If you can't unmute the microphone it might caused by microphone configuration or corrupted driver. There are some ways on how to check the problem, you can go to the control panel to adjust the microphone setting or uninstall and reinstall the Audio driver. Here are some guidelines that you can apply on your computer.
1. Adjusting the mic setting in control panel
a. Click on [start] point to [control panel] look for [Sound and Audio devices].
b. Under [Sound and Audio devices] go to [Audio tab] then look for [sound recording] then click [volume] then check the [mic volume]. You could also adjust the mic volume.
c. After the [Audio tab] go to [voice tab] then look for [voice recording] then click [volume] then check the [mic volume]. You could also adjust the [mic volume].
2. If step 1 wont work try to reinstall the Audio driver of your computer.

b. Please go to [choose a model].
b. Ensure to download the driver the matches your operating system.
c. After downloading, install the driver then restart the computer.
