Try opening device manager by right clicking on my computer, and opening computer management. Then go to device manager in the left hand menu. Once you have that open, plug in your pendrive. The window should flash a couple of times. Once it has stopped flashing, you should see a device that has a caution sign on it. Right click the icon and click uninstall. Unplug your drive and plug it back in. This should solve the problem that you are having
