Yes change the defrost heating element it usually looks like a glass tube with a heating coil inside, you may also need a temp sensor. check out repair clinic.com for parts and instructions Good luck

My double door firge frezeer is not icing and the red alarm button is alarming all the time

you mite need to replace your thermostat,...... the alarm button is
telling u that your fridge is not cold enough, there is also probably another prob but u need to b a electrician to sort it on the top of fridge there is a panel,.. under that there is a fusible link if one blows it will need to b replaced its soldered in no job for u unless ur a electrician hope this helps

Volkswagon Passat 2005 - driving home from work and the handbrake warning light comes on followed by the annoying alarm. Turn slightly left it stops then the ASB warning light comes on followed by the ESP...


This sometimes is triggered by the MAF(Mass Air Flow Sensor), try cleaning it with the highest percent isoproply alcohal first, do not touch the sensor with anything use a big bag to soak it into, or just replace the sensor.

There is an internitemnt "noise"


if your right the the chirpping is the evap fam motor / this is a very common repair . replacing the fan motor is not hard and is located in the back of freeezer. .remove shelving and the back to get to it . / purchase the new one befor removing the old one .mm hope this helps .. feed back pls .

The fridge is freezing things and I have to have it at the lowest setting


the control in the FREEZER determines the coldness in the refrigerator. All cold originates there. you would havve accidentally moved the knob in the freeezer. I'm not sure what knob(s) you removed, but if you didn't check the freezer, that's probably it
