Microwave functions normally apart from heating food, fan runs and table rotates but heating does not occur.

A blown fuse near the magnetron will cause that no heating. However, if the fuse is good a magnetron tube is already defective, hence no heating with normal operation on other function.
Replace magnetron tube with similar rating and size.
Thanks for asking.

Oster microwave model OM1Z01E0VG is not heating. The light comes on and the plate rotates and it sounds like it is working, but it does not cook/heat.

If your unit is under warranty, you should return it to the store or on to the authorized service center. but if not try to follow this simple steps.. (1). unplug the unit from the wall socket. (2) remove the protective cover. (3) check the high voltage fuse if blown or open... its located near the high voltage transformer.. (4) check the high voltage capacitor.. make sure you discharged it first to avoid injury... (5) if the high voltage fuse blown or and the high voltage capacitor is leaky, open, or shorted. you should replace it w/ the same exact value. (6) in rare circumtances a blown high voltage fuse opten cause by a shorted magnetron tube and a shorted or open high voltage diode could be the problem... just replace it w/ the same exact value to avoid injury... I have a Max Burton Deluxe Induction cook top that will no power on it gives me a beep and has the letters EO in the display. How do I fix this?

Electronic Malfunctions

Hmmm This is a tricky one, could be anything, you could try resetting the device by unplugging for 3 minutes and replugging back in. if that still the problem, then i think you might have to replace the EO device its the display for stove top youre going to have to replace the whole device, if it under warrenty i suggest taking it back, if not under warrenty then it will cost about 120-150 dollars to replace.

good luck

Hi, my husband bought me your KAMENSTEIN WORLD OF MOTION SERIES ANIMATED HORSE CAROUSEL many years ago. I did not keep the box or manual and now I want to ask can you e-Mail me a download or one I can...

I cannot loacte an actual manual but....The Kamenstein Carousel teapot was part of the MKI versions of teapots Kamenstein released in the mid-2000s. The teapots came in a range of colors, from blue to red, and they had a small carousel on the top. As the water boils the carousel spins around, bringing an element of whimsy to your tea time. The teapots are all metal and can be used on any type of stove top.
Instructions

    • 1 Fill the Kamenstein Carousel teapot with water just below the sprout.
    • 2 Place the Kamenstein Carousel teapot on the stove and set the heat to "Medium."
    • 3 Allow the water to come to a boil and remove the Kamenstein Carousel teapot from the stove.
    • 4 Pour the hot water into a cup over a tea bag.

My Fantom Lightning canister vacuum won't turn on at all, worked fine last time I used it.

You need to turn over and remove the case to get to the motor. When you get to the motor you will see a white wire going to the motor from the switch,it has a white cover over the wire, pull this cover back and there is a small fuse that is probably blown. You can check this with a electrical tester. If this is not blown the heat sink that is connected to the fuse may be bad. These parts can be found at Radio Shack.

Recovery tank not filling

The tank has an automatic shutoff float (red) that will stop the suction if the water level gets too high. this can also happen if the tank is not level or clean as the float can bounce around and jam at the top. I've actually had this one happen). I would make sure the float is down during the cleaning and see if the suction comes back. if not, please provide more details and we'll get 'er fixed!

Electrolux oxygen 3 fuse

The fuse on my ELECTROLUX Oxygen3's sumo board did have clear markings: F5AL250V - this is a 5A/250V 20mm fuse made by BEL FUSE, however, any other such fuse should work. The fuse on my board was blown (luckily, what caused it seems to be a glitch as replacing the fuse was all that I had to do). I got 5A/250V 20mm fuse from RadioShack and, expecting that this could happen again, I also installed a simple (5A/250V-rated) automotive fuse holder (also from RadioShack) (the only fuse holder that was available at a local store) and it works wonderfully now. Should the fuse blow on me again, I should be able to replace it in less than 3 minutes.

Electrolux EL7020A Oxygen 3 dead!

There is a board in the back (called the "SUMO board") which has a fuse hardwired to it. Most of the "no go" problems with this machine are related to this.

In order to check it, you'll want to take a thin flat-head screwdriver, and gently pry up the silver panel on the top of the machine. The easiest place to do this is on the side of the panel, as far toward the rear of the machine as possible.

You will then need to remove the 2 Torx screws on the rear panel, and the top body of the machine should then be able to be removed. There are two clips in the bag chamber, directly under the back portion of the bag compartment lid, which can be pressed in to facilitate removal of the back cover.

The sumo board will be sitting directly on the top of the machine, and the fuse in question will be on the right if you are looking at it from the rear of the machine. Unfortunately, if the fuse is blown, you will have to replace the entire circuit board. (Unless you feel very comfortable with soldering a new fuse onto it, which I do not recommend for safety reasons.)

You can also check continuity of the cord reel from here. On the right hand side of the board are two spade terminals leading to wires running down into the cord reel assembly. One black, one white. Checking the continuity between these terminals and the ends of the power supply cord will allow you to determine if the cord reel is providing power to the machine.

Accessing the cord reel will require you to remove the six Torx screws holding the main body to the base. Two of these are on the rear of the machine, and are very deep inside; so you will require a very long-shanked Torx driver to get at these. Two more are inside the bag chamber at the rear, and the other two are on the front handle assembly. This will allow you to lift the main body away from the base, and if you are replacing the cord reel you can pull the wires from the spade terminals and the socket on the sumo board, and feed them back down into the cord reel chamber to remove the old cord reel.

Reassembly is simply a reverse of the previous. Beware, however: getting the cord reel to align is something of a chore, so make sure that you have the retraction system functioning before you put the whole thing back together, or you'll be bummed when you finish reassembly and the cord won't retract.
(I've definitely never done that. Nope. Never.)

Hope that helps, good luck.
