I have been trying to transfer my video from my Lumix DMC-ZS7 to my pc. Every time I get the same message: Removed from the items to be acquired because AVCHD/AVCHD Lite videos with different TV systems are contained TV systems of application: PAL TV systems of AVCHD/AVCHD Lite videos: NTSC Could you help me to understand what this means and how to fix it as I no longer have any recording time left on my camera due to not being able to transfer and delete the current videos on my camera Thanks

NTSC and PAL are video file standards. NTSC is used primarily in the U.S. and PAL is used primarily overseas. First you should set the default in your camera settings to the file standard that applies to you so that your videos save as the correct format in the future. Second use the menu on your camera to delete any files that were created in the wrong format. If that is not possible connect it to your pc then right click the drive that represents the camera and click reformat and choose "restore device defaults". Now everything should function properly.

Hello, First of all, which region do you live in? Basicaly, PAL and NTSC are standards for TVs that differ depending on the region of the world. The American continent is NTSC, Europe is PAL, and i'm not quite sure about the specifics of every region, but this information should be easy to obtain. You can go in the config section of your camera and switch the video settings to PAL or NTSC, depending on which you need.
As for your videos, which method are you using to copy your files to your computer? I've got this same camera and the simplest way (as for any camera) is to insert the SD card in your laptop and copy-paste the files where you want them to be. If you don't have a SD card slot, you can get your hands on a USB adapter, or simply try using the provided camera to USB cable and copy the files from the same method, if it allows you to access your files directly.
I hope it helps! Have a nice day!

Gday i was hoping you please help me out. I have a Panasonic DMC-TZ10 camera. I tried to transfer my photos and movies onto my computer using the software that came with the CD. The photos transfered...

You didn't say what kind of computer you have. If it's a Mac, you won't be able to download any AVCHD movies. If it's a PC, you will need Photofunstudio. If you still have trouble downloading, try creating a folder on your desktop and then just drag and drop the videos into the folder. Once there, you can send them to photofunstudio. If you still have problems, consider shooting in Motion JPEG instead of AVCHD.

When I acquire pictures from SD card, it acquires

You shouldn't be leaving the old pictures on the card. That's a guaranteed way to get into trouble. After downloading your pictures, format the card in the camera.

If you want to transfer just the new pictures, you'll have to select those pictures for transfer. Since you declined to specify what software you're using, I can't tell you precisely how to do that.
