You can't see backed up contacts or message in other device. It's only for your phone. Just copy it to memory card and restore after format your mobile phone.

I want to refresh my nokia,. I want to format all,,,other information except nokia software,...... Please help

Press *#7370# from keypads of your Nokia E63 then your phone will ask ''Restore all original phone settings?Phone will restart'' then press yes and it will delete all the applications, games, music files, contacts, messeges etc from your phone and phone will become fresh like you have purchased a new phone from the market and software will set to factory settings and then you can re arrange all settings as you like.
To know about your phone software and model No. press *#0000# any time (before formatting the phone and after the formatting the phone)it will be the same untill you update a new version of the software.-Mehboob Allana

I lost my phone password.(Nokia e63)

You may need to hard Reset your phone. Note: This will bring your phone back to "out of the box" condition.
Enter the code: *#7370# and press Yes to confirm initialization.
To make a Hard Reset on a Nokia phone that is not willing to turn on, just press simultaneously these 3 buttons:

on/off (and) * (and) 3

Before making a Hard reset better backup all your important information: contacts , memo...etc
