Question about Samsung Computers & Internet
First, lets check the connections
Unplug all wires connected to the monitor
Then replug all the wires and make sure that everything is fit and snug. there must be 2 sets, one for the power and the other is attached to the computer.
then make sure to clock the power button once the set up is complete.
check if there are any lights on the monitor.
Dont forget to deave a feedback and testimony if it works.

If the power light can stay on, you can try upgrade the firmware. You can find firmware on samsung website.
