If you are a prepaid Idea user, send "GPRS NET20" to 54321(without quotes). Eg. create a new message, type in "GPRS NET20" and send it to 54321. You'll receive a service message to save. Once you've received it, open it and select Option and then "Save". If you are a post paid user, you have to call to the customer care. One easiest method is restore you phone to it's default settings and insert your idea sim card, you'll automatically receive the GPRS settings as a service message which you'd need to save. Please note that this settings is for Indian Users, if you aren't in India, open this LINK , select your country, and then select the Service provider i.e. Idea Cellular.
