Seatbelt will not extract on driver side

There should be a mechanism in the door jamb near-to the seatbelt. If equipped, push on it while jerking seatbelt until it retracts. If not equipped, close door firmly while jerking seatbelt to activate retract.

Running Boards which will not retract?

If the running boards are out before start your vehicle, open door,go to your fuse box and pull the fuse. The back of the panel will tell you what each fuse is for and location. This'll keep them from retracting.

Seat belt motor not working

check all under dash fuses (both ends) with test light , some will not light tester at all , those just ignore , they are key on fuses , test only key off fuses , replace fuses as needed with same amperage rating , if not sure : consult owners manual
